We are so excited at the prospect of you joining our Foster Family! With our fostering program, we provide for 100% of all vetting care, treatment, vaccines, medication, and monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventative. We also will provide any supplements (coconut oil, salmon oil, collagen, CBD oil etc) that your foster may need.
We are also responsible for all the posting and screening for your foster’s new home. RDR will keep a record of your foster pup so you are not responsible to keep track of their vet records or care – we take care of that!
Prior to submitting your application, please contact your veterinarian and authorize them to release your information to us when we call to obtain a required vet reference. Once your application is received and your vet reference has been approved, we will contact you to set up a required home visit and will provide you with an opportunity to meet the dog or puppy you are interested in fostering, if a specific animal has been identified. If a specific animal has not been identified, we will provide you with an opportunity to meet animals currently in our care that may be a good match for your family to foster.
